Websites built to convert, not just impress.

Fast, SEO-ready, beautifully branded sites for Vancouver service businesses — designed and engineered to turn visitors into leads.

A site that earns its keep

Beautiful is the floor. Converting is the job.

Plenty of agencies will hand you a good-looking website. Far fewer build one that actually turns a visitor into a phone call or a quote request. Every page we build has one clear action, frictionless proof, and a fast path to contact — then it feeds your CRM so no lead slips.

The frame to the right is the shape of a page we'd ship: one promise, one button, trust in view, and Core Web Vitals already in the green.

The Three Pillars

One discipline, or all three.

Some businesses need a single high-converting landing page. Some need a brand-defining flagship site engineered end-to-end. We scope to what the business actually needs — one of these, or all three. Most projects are a blend; some are just one done exceptionally well.

i.

Conversion-Focused

Every page is built to turn a visitor into a lead, not just to look good. One clear action per page, frictionless forms, trust and proof placed exactly where doubt creeps in, and the fastest possible path to a call or quote. It's wired to feed your CRM so every inquiry is captured and followed up — and it works hand-in-hand with your SEO and ads so the traffic you pay for actually converts.

  • One clear action per page · no competing buttons
  • Short, friction-free forms · click-to-call everywhere
  • Trust, reviews & proof placed to remove doubt
  • Lead capture wired straight into your CRM
  • Stands alone as a landing page · or anchors the full build
ii.

Brand-Luxe Design

Editorial, distinctive, and unmistakably yours — never a stretched template. We art-direct the whole experience: custom layout, typography with intent, and motion and micro-interactions used tastefully rather than for show. The result feels considered and premium, so the site reads as your business's best salesperson the moment it loads, and builds the kind of trust that lowers the cost of every other channel.

  • Custom art direction · no template look
  • Intentional layout, type & colour system
  • Tasteful motion & micro-interactions
  • A site that feels like the brand, not a brochure
  • A standalone brand refresh · or the look of the whole site
How we build

Four phases. No surprises.

A fixed scope, a dated timeline, and a single point of contact. You see the design before a line of production code is written.

i.

Discover

We map your customers, your offer and the one action each page should drive. Sitemap, content plan, and a clear conversion goal — agreed before any design begins.

Week 1 · strategy + sitemap
ii.

Design

Art direction, custom layouts and the full page system — designed for conversion and your brand at the same time. You approve the look before we build.

Week 2–3 · design + copy
iii.

Build

Engineered on Next.js + Sanity, semantic and accessible, with schema and lead capture wired in. Content goes into a CMS your team can edit without a developer.

We'll come back inside one business day with where your site is leaking leads, what a rebuild would change, and whether we're the right studio to build it.

What we build · scoped to your goal

Different builds for different jobs.

A single page, a full marketing site, a careful redesign, or a store — we build the thing the business actually needs. Every project is priced per scope within the $3,500–$12,000 band.

01

Redesigning an existing site?

A redesign should lift your rankings — not quietly tank them.

The biggest fear with a redesign is well-founded: plenty of new sites launch and watch their Google traffic fall off a cliff. That happens when URLs change without redirects, content and metadata get dropped, and schema is left behind. We treat migration as its own discipline — so the new site keeps the equity the old one earned, and usually does better because it's faster and better structured.

Preserve URLs

We keep your existing URL structure wherever possible, so the pages Google already trusts stay exactly where they are.

301 only when needed

When a page genuinely has to move, we map a clean 301 redirect — no broken links, no lost authority.

Migrate content

Body content, titles, meta descriptions and headings are carried over and improved, not silently dropped.

Carry the schema

Structured data is migrated and extended, so rich results and entity signals survive the move intact.

Engagement · Anchor Price

Scoped per project. Priced before we start.

One fixed project fee — set after a short discovery call, against pages, complexity and integrations. No hourly surprises.

Website projects
$3,500–$12,000 per project

Scoped to the number of pages, design complexity, and the integrations you need — CRM, booking, payments, multi-location. A focused conversion-first site sits at the lower end; a larger marketing site with custom sections and a blog sits higher.

Working with a different budget? Tell us the number and what matters most — we'll shape a scope that fits it rather than walk away. There's almost always a sensible version of the project at any serious budget.

Better when paired

A new website is sharper when these run alongside.

Frequently asked

Plain answers. No jargon.

How much does a website cost in Vancouver?
Most Angarum website projects land between $3,500 and $12,000, scoped to the number of pages, design complexity and integrations (CRM, booking, payments, multi-location). A focused conversion-first site for a single-location service business sits at the lower end; a larger marketing site with custom sections, a blog and CRM wiring sits higher. We scope to a fixed project price after a short discovery call, so there are no surprises. See full packages & pricing.
How long does it take to build a website?
A typical conversion-focused site takes 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch: roughly one week of discovery, two of design, two to three of build, and a final week of QA, performance tuning and launch. Larger sites or ones waiting on content and integrations take longer. We give you a dated timeline before we start.
Do I own the website and the code?
Always. The code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and the CMS are all registered to you and yours from day one. We build on an open, standard stack (Next.js + Sanity on Vercel) with no proprietary lock-in. If we ever part ways, you keep everything intact and any competent developer can pick it up.
Will a redesign hurt my SEO?
Not if it's done properly. We preserve your existing URL structure wherever we can, set 301 redirects only where pages genuinely move, migrate your content and on-page metadata, and carry over (or improve) your schema markup. Most clients keep or improve their rankings through a redesign because the new site is faster, better structured and easier for Google to crawl.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After launch we offer optional care plans that cover hosting oversight, security and dependency updates, performance monitoring, small content edits and ongoing conversion improvements. Because the content lives in a CMS, your team can also make routine edits without us. Maintenance is optional, not a forced subscription.
What platform do you build on?
Our standard stack is Next.js (App Router) for the front end, Sanity as the CMS, deployed on Vercel. It produces sites that are extremely fast, score green on Core Web Vitals, are easy to edit, and are SEO-ready by default. We can also work with WordPress or Shopify when the project calls for it, but the modern stack is where the conversion and speed advantages come from.
